INSURANCE
Exhibitors are required to provide a copy of their Certificate of Currency (Public Liability Insurance) for $10 million to CCIA at least 3 weeks prior to the Show. You do not need to note the CCIA or the venue on this policy - a copy of your general policy is sufficient.
Should you not have your own Public Liability, please contact Belinda who can arrange this on your behalf for $100.
SECURITY
Constant Security will be on duty from 8.00am Wednesday 15 February to 3.00pm Monday 20 February, 2012. All indoor areas will be locked and under security surveillance each night after closing. The indoor areas will be opened 7.30am each morning of the Expo and secured each evening. Should access be required before or after official closing time, arrangements must be made with the organisers. For business and security reasons, exhibitors should ensure that their stands are manned during all opening times.
Exhibitors are requested that they vacate the exhibition area within 15 minutes of closing time. If your site is located indoors, for security reasons, exhibitors should make sure that at least one person is on the stand at 7.30am when the indoor areas open.
CONTRACTORS
ExpoNet has been appointed as the official contractors for shell scheme (walling), furniture hire, electrics and signage. If your application is successful, ExpoNet will send you a copy of their Information Kit.
