SITE APPLICATIONS DETAILS
Site applications are now open for the 2012 Newcastle Caravan, Camping & Holiday Expo. All site applications are to be submitted online.

Previous Exhibitors at our Expo's: We are implementing a new online system and you should of received an email from Kylie or Belinda which has a hyperlink that states Click Here to Apply. This will allow you to complete your application without the need to log in.

If you have not received this email please ask for one to be sent to you.

New Exhibitors to our Expo's
After reading all the information contained in this Application Kit, click on the appropriate link below depending on your CCIA membership status.

Step 1 Enter your email address and select No, I have not registered on your site before then Sign into Account
Step 2 Complete the company information
Step 3 Select the Indoors or Outdoors Area
Step 4 Tick the application for a stand and public liability if required
Step 5 Enter your site preferences and what products and services you offer.

On completion, hit the submit button. You should then immediately receive an email confirming that your application has been successfully sent. If you do not receive an email within seconds of submitting, you have not correctly completed your application and will need to re-submit.

Important Dates
The closing date for the first round of applications is Monday 14th November 2011. Should your application be successful, you will receive a formal contract and invoice from the Show Organiser following this date. Payments for the Show will be due by Wednesday 14th December 2011. If your payment has not been received by the due date, then your contract and invoice will be cancelled.

Please note that some sections of the Site Plan have been re-drawn (and some sites have been re-numbered), so please check the site plans before nominating your site preferences in the Application Form

CCIA NSW has a strong environmental focus. Exhibitors MUST comply with the Expo's environmental policy to achieve a plastic bag free event in 2012.

Plastic bags on exhibitor stands will not be accepted. Free environmentally-friendly paper bags will be handed out to visitors at the expo
